Rick's mom treated the Baker family to a trip to the Medina River Resort. We headed there for the Memorial Day weekend. We had a great time with everyone. We headed out Saturday morning for Medina. We enjoyed sandwiches at the ranch and then started exploring. Rick and I prepared the dinner for Saturday night. Fajitas! They were yummy! Rick's sister, Ruth Lee, prepared breakfast quesadillas the next morning and then we went to an apple orchard for lunch. We went to a plant nursery where Rick took a TON of pictures. We went to a rodeo that evening which was a lot of fun! Rick's mom made brisket and the BEST roasted potato salad. This has been a favorite of mine ever since we started dating 11 and a 1/2 years ago. We enjoyed breakfast pizza the next morning and took some family pictures. It was a great weekend. Now we just Jackson here to enjoy the next trip!
