Well, here is the exciting news!!! Rick was promoted to GM this week for Carino's. He has worked so hard for this and it was his goal to be GM in his first few years of working and he did it!!! He has actually been offered several GM positions (Longview, Grand Junction, CO and West Little Rock, AR), but we did not feel like those were places where we needed to be. We know how great our God is because there was an opening in San Antonio and we felt good about the decisions we had made. He will start his new position in February. I'm so proud of him.
